Samantha is an experienced dance instructor, having taught beginners and advanced students since 2012. She is the founder of Love.Live.Dance, a ballroom dance studio that caters to students of all skill levels and goals, including couples looking to social dance, individuals interested in competing in DanceSport, and brides and grooms preparing for their first wedding dance.
In addition to traditional ballroom dance styles, Samantha is also a Dancevision Certified Instructor and a certified wheelchair dance instructor through the American Dancewheels Foundation. She is committed to making dance accessible and adaptable for all students, and has incorporated the principles of the psychology of movement and instinctive perception into her instruction through her certification with the Baricchi Institute of Movement and Art.
Samantha and her students have been active competitors in the Utah Star Ball, Salt Lake City's annual ballroom dance competition, since 2017. They have also competed at multiple local, regional, and national events, including the Las Vegas Lights competition, where Samantha was awarded 1st place for "Top Female Teacher." Samantha is also a Pro Smooth Rising Star Finalist and a Pro Smooth Open Semifinalist.
Hannah is a talented ballroom dancer with over a decade of competition and performance experience. She began her training in ballroom dance at the age of 14 and won her first national title at 16. At 18, Hannah received a Ballroom Dance Performance scholarship to Utah Valley University, where she danced on the UVU Ballroom Dance Tour Team and joined Mos.A.IC., the university’s hip hop company. She graduated with a BS in Movement Studies with an emphasis in Ballroom Dance in May 2018.
Throughout her career, Hannah has been a finalist in numerous competitions across the country in International Ballroom and Latin styles, including the California Open Dancesport, BYU Dancesport Championships, and U.S. National Amateur Dancesport Championships. She has also performed at Hale Centre Theatre in the U.S. premiere of Baz Luhrmann’s Strictly Ballroom the Musical.
In addition to her work with Love.Live.Dance, Hannah is also an instructor at Junction Dance Co. She previously taught at Ballroom Utah and served as the assistant coach of the Ballroom Dance Team at Provo High School. Hannah is dedicated to sharing her passion for dance with others and creating a positive, confidence-building environment for her students. She continues to teach, choreograph, compete, and pursue independent performance opportunities in Utah.
Christian is a seasoned ballroom dance instructor with over 10 years of professional experience. He attended Utah Valley University, where he joined the tour team and performed at Disneyland Resort. Christian specializes in International Standard and Latin, but also has experience teaching a variety of partnership dances such as American Smooth and Rhythm, Salsa, Bachata, and West Coast Swing.
In addition to his teaching experience, Christian also competes at the Pro-Am level with his students. He is a Pro Smooth Rising Star Finalist and a Pro Smooth Open Semifinalist. Christian is dedicated to helping his students develop their skills and passion for ballroom dance, and is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
